Prior to Breitenbush Partners, Andy co-founded DrivePath Advisors, a boutique financial communications firm. He counseled clients in oil & gas, banking, financial services, fintech, retail and consumer products on a range of financial communications, executive positioning and investor relations matters, and managed all financial and operational functions as the firm scaled. Andy also led external communications for KPMG in the U.S., helping to position the firm’s executive team, industry leaders and corporate initiatives through proactive reputation building communications and issues management efforts.
Before that, Andy was a Senior Vice President in Edelman’s New York Financial Communications practice, counseling banks, commercial real estate developers, asset managers and private equity firms on proactive communications strategies and issues management assignments.

Prior to Edelman, Andy led external communications for Fannie Mae, helping the company to rebuild its reputation after the financial crisis, counseling executives on media and stakeholder engagements and navigating complex legal, regulatory and crisis matters. In previous roles, Andy served as communications director to a senior Member of Congress and led public affairs engagements for a global public relations firm.
Andy is a graduate of George Washington University, where he majored in English and studied Japanese and Psychology.
